I am certified to know the documents and their purpose in the estate planning or trust.
I have you sign the documents,let you know what the document is stating and if all the information is filled out correctly. I am not an attorney or accountant, I can’t direct you in decisions. All prices will be approved before I start the process. Most time I will need to look at the documents before I give an accurate estimate.
Non-Notarial Acts
This can range from additional loan printouts, delivering the documents or loans to the final destination. Faxing, scanning or emailing documents to the destination or mailing them overnight through UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Each item will be priced before the appointment is finalized.
Traditional Notary, Office or Remote
This is a face to face notarial act. This is straight forward. You can come to me, if you call /text to confirm that I am available. If there is travel, within 25 miles, there is an additional charge.
Remote Online Notary (RON)
Before starting the notarial process, there is a security section. The system generates questions based on your credit bureau. This is a process that helps prevent ID fraud. Your internet connection needs to be strong and secure. If at anytime we are disconnected, we will have to start the process again. If you do not get the security questions right, the process will need to be terminated. I just the Proof software.
Loan Signing Notary
This is a service that usually has another contact involved, such as: lawyer, realtor, title companies or banks. This process requires going over the documents before the notarizing begins. Blank spaces or mispelling will be sought out and the location of the signatures and notary stamps will be noted with tabs. No signatures and notary signings will be started prior to the appointment. This price is subject to vary via the length and the complexity of the loan. All information will be disclosed before the appointment is finalized.
